Sue Finkam, Republican nominee for Carmel mayor, announced that in a pre-election campaign finance report filed Friday with the Hamilton County Clerk’s Office, between April 8 and Oct. 13, she raised over $675,000, which is more than double what her opponent reported earlier this week.
For the campaign, Finkam has raised nearly $900,000. The report will also show more than $280,000 cash on hand. Since the Oct. 13 filing deadline, the campaign has raised nearly $100,000.
“The momentum behind our campaign is growing by the day,” Finkam said. “My plan and experience to Elevate Carmel continues to resonate with voters. Our record-breaking finance report proves the hard work our team has done and will continue to do to ensure Carmel remains special and on the path to success.”
