The Carmel Lions Club was honored to welcome Lions Club District Governor Julia Kozicki at their Sept. 12 meeting.

The evening was marked by a momentous event as Governor Kozicki took the lead in inducting three new members into the Carmel Lions Club: Hill Swayze, Stacy Swayze, and Jay Sharma.

With a determined goal of reaching 100 members this year, the Carmel Lions Club is making remarkable strides towards that target. The addition of these three new members brings the total membership count to an impressive 91, underscoring the club’s commitment to community service and growth.

Governor Kozicki’s visit served as a significant inspiration to the club members, who were delighted to have her join them. Her leadership and involvement in the induction ceremony highlighted the importance of the Lions Club’s mission of service and community betterment.

The Carmel Lions Club is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, and with their ever-growing membership, they are well on their way to achieving their ambitious goals.
