LEDVANCE lights way for opportunities in Westfield

LEDVANCE LLC, the maker of LEDVANCE and SYLVANIA General Lighting in the U.S. and Canada, held the grand opening of its Lightpoint training center on Wednesday in Westfield. Officials representing the city and Chamber of Commerce were on hand to assist with the ribbon cutting. Lightpoint is a world-class training facility that embodies the company’s commitment to innovation and technical leadership. The facility has been relocated from the company’s Wilmington, Mass., headquarters, to its new location, adjacent to the LEDVANCE Customer Service Center. Lightpoint is expected to host hundreds of lighting industry experts, contractors, distributors, and customers throughout the year from all across the U.S. and Canada.
