Carmel Racquet Club will host the Midwest Clay Court Championships next week.
The championships begin on June 1 and run through June 4. Carmel Racquet Club, 225 E. Carmel Drive, will be the main site, with additional play at Highland Country Club, 1050 E. 52nd St., Indianapolis.
The Midwest Clay Court Championships is a United States Tennis Association sponsored tournament for senior-ranked men in age categories from 35’s to 80’s. Many of the players are nationally ranked and come from across the United States to compete. This event is the only Level 3 tennis tournament in the Midwest and allows players to earn points toward national rankings.
