On Thursday, Oct. 4, the Hamilton County Public Safety Communications Department was notified that Frontier Telephone customers in Westfield, portions of Carmel, portions of Noblesville, Eagletown and Jolietville now have restored 911 service from a landline. Frontier Telephone investigated the situation and re-established connectivity.
Any Frontier customer who experiences an emergency may dial 911 from any landline or wireless device as usual.
