1205 Distillery, producer of premium local spirits in Indianapolis, is planning on opening a new tasting room and cocktail lounge in Westfield late this year.
The tasting room will be located off of Main Street at 120 Camilla Court and will feature craft cocktails made exclusively with 1205 Distillery spirits, as well as select local beer and wine options. The Westfield tasting room will not have a kitchen, but will partner with local restaurants and food vendors for food delivery and catering options.
“We are absolutely thrilled to bring our spirits and craft cocktails to Westfield,” said Nolan Hudson, owner of 1205 Distillery. “Myself and my partner, Brad Colver, grew up in Hamilton County so being able to bring our company to the northside is something we’ve been wanting to do for a while. We have always had a strong presence up here with our spirits, but now we are excited to step that up even more. We are planning on opening in December.”
1205 Distillery has been producing local, handcrafted spirits in Indianapolis since December 2014. Since opening, 1205’s spirits have been sold in liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants all throughout Indiana. 1205 recently partnered with Visit Hamilton County to create the Hamilton Co. Smash, which is the official cocktail of Hamilton County. The cocktail can now be found in over 20 Hamilton County restaurants and the spirits to make them can be found in most liquor stores and grocery stores in the county.
