Your donation to BGCN will be matched on Giving Tuesday

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville (BGCN) will participate in Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving that encourages and celebrates philanthropy worldwide.

BGCN will hold a campaign to find new donors who have never given to the Club or have not given in the past three years. The first $10,000 in donations from new donors will be generously matched by George Kristo.

“George has always been a champion and hero for the youth of this community, and he continues to leave a lasting legacy,” said BGCN Executive Director Becky Terry. “We cannot thank him enough for the impact that he has had on our Club and the youth we serve each day.”

Last year, the Club raised $10,536 on Giving Tuesday, including Kristo’s matching gift. This year, the Club is looking to raise more than $20,000 with the generous help of Kristo’s match. Last year, BGCN served 2,412 local youth with its affordable, high-impact after school programs. Members can attend the Club for $55 per year, while the true cost of services are $555 per member.

A social media campaign will take place throughout the day to update the public and supporters on the Club’s campaign. Donations can be made by calling the Club, dropping off a donation, or donating online by visiting BGCNI.org.
