OneZone’s monthly luncheon on Wednesday, July 11 will feature a discussion on employee retention. The speaker will be Danny Nelms, president of Work Institute, a firm located in Franklin, Tenn. Work Institute is a leader in employee engagement, retention and human resource consulting that helps companies attract, hire and retain talent, improve performance, diminish risk and manage human capital cost.
Check-in begins at 11 a.m., and the luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will take place at the FORUM Conference Center, 11313 USA Pkwy., Fishers.
The lunch will include information on the state of the marketplace, top 10 categories of reasons for leaving in 2017, and additional insight from over 234,000 exit interviews.
