The children and grandchildren of Jesse and Linda Williams will host an open house in honor of their 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25 at the Adams Township Community Building, 111 W. 296th Street, Atlanta. Friends and family are invited to share in their special day.

Jesse and Linda (Price) Williams were united in marriage on August 31, 1968, at the First Christian Church in Sheridan, where they are members and attend. They were high school sweethearts. Jesse owns and operates Williams Electric and Linda is retired from Adams Township where she was the Trustee/Assessor.

They are parents of two grown children, Michelle (Mike) Junkins and Jesse (Libby) Williams, both of Sheridan. Grandchildren are Nixon, Berkley and Parker Williams and Ashley (Randy) Moore, Michelle “Shelli” Whisman, and great-grandsons Brayden, Quincy and Zander.

They enjoy spending their free time with family and friends. Following their grandchildren in sporting events and 4-H are the top of their list of things to do.
