William “Bill” Keith Wiggam, 79, Carmel, passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 26, 2021. He was born on October 16, 1942, in Jeffersonville, Ind., to the late F. Keith and Verle M. (Sutton) Wiggam.
Bill is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Deborah, Billy (Kara), Jason (Michelle), and Carla; nine grandchildren; and sister, Judy (Greg).
Visitation will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021, and at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 3 at Carmel United Methodist Church, followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m.
