As summer begins to wind down, Promenade Apartments residents still have plenty to do before the temperatures turn chilly and the leaves begin to fall.

Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon
The Noblesville Farmers Market is better than ever. All market vendors produce the products they sell. From honey to fresh meat, to flowers to candles, the Noblesville Farmers Market has something for everyone! The market is held at Federal Hill Commons in downtown Noblesville.
Last Pool Day
Sunday, Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We’re as sad as you are, but all great things must come to an end – even summer. Make sure you get a chance to enjoy our refreshing pool before the season ends.
Drool in the Pool
Friday, Sept. 15 from 3 to 5 p.m.
This is the one event of the year that we forget the no dogs in the pool rule and let our furry friends have their fun. Bring your pup and join us at the pool for an evening of fun.

Promenade Trails Update
Exciting things are coming to the neighborhood. First up, here’s a warm welcome to Meijer who will be joining the Promenade corner of the world very soon. Residents can’t wait to make their grocery shopping a little easier and convenient.

The framing of the first two 55 & Better Cottages has begun, which is where the model and Leasing Office will be. The model should open late 2023. If you drive through the development, located northeast of the intersection of State Road 32 and Little Chicago Road, you will notice the abundant number of windows bringing in plenty of natural light.
The Justus team hosted prospective residents at Bridgewater Apartments while learning more about Promenade Trails. Please consider joining for the next event, which is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28 at The Bridgewater Club. Come for lunch and learn about how you can start a new adventure at Promenade Trails. The Promenade Trails team will give a presentation and be there to answer questions.
