Shepherd’s Center Speakeasy Roaring ‘20s style
Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County (SCHC) is getting ready now for the fourth annual Roaring 2020s Speakeasy, this year scheduled for 5 to 10 p.m. Aug. 23. The fundraiser will take place at the Lucas Oil Estate, 1143 W. 116th St., Carmel.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting SCHC’s five core programs which empower seniors to live independently and with dignity.
The night will feature an open bar, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, a plated dinner from Prime 47 Steakhouse (chicken or vegetarian option available upon request), free tastings, both a live and a silent auction, and even a photo booth. The dress code is Roaring ‘20s Glam – think feathers, fringe, fedoras, and flair.
If you would like to donate to the live or silent auctions, email Special Events Coordinator Megan Newcomer at megan@scofhc.org.
Sponsorship opportunities are available; click here for details.
Tickets will be available beginning Sunday, June 1. Go to SCofHC.org/events starting then for options and to purchase.
