Shamrock Springs Elementary School student Korinne Meyer is a descendant of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi tribe. Her grandfather was kind enough to speak to Shamrock Springs fourth graders to offer perspective and Native American history before the Thanksgiving holiday and Native American Heritage Day.
