OneZone Chamber of Commerce recently released its Business Excellence Awards winners. Westfield resident Paul Estridge won the Lifetime Achievement award and will be recognized with the other award winners during a luncheon at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 502 East Event Centre in Carmel.
“Paul has made such an incredible impact in Hamilton County, and we are excited to award him with our Lifetime Achievement Award,” said OneZone President Jack Russell. “I have gotten to know Paul over the years and have always enjoyed his ability to connect and give back to the community. It is amazing how many people he has impacted across this county and region.”
Estridge owns Estridge Homes – the area’s “Hometown Builder” of more than 50 years – and is the owner of Monterey Coastal Cuisine in Carmel and TAB Indy North.
“Shock and disbelief is my response to this recognition. It’s really difficult for me, as I’m sure it is for others, to see their lives in a way as to be deserving of such recognition,” Estridge said. “I hope all our work over the last 40 years has contributed to the ultimate objective of ‘Building Community.’”
As far as what’s next for him, Estridge and his team at Monterey Coastal Cuisine recently announced plans to open a sister restaurant called Tiburon Coastal Cuisine in Fishers this year. Also, Estridge Homes will bring two new neighborhoods to Hamilton County in 2022, including One46Monon, a townhome neighborhood in Carmel on 146th Street at the Monon Trail, and Midland, a single-family and townhome community in Westfield on Ditch Road south of State Road 32.
