Ms. Mirande is a native of Westfield and received her J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington. She was the Executive Editor for the Indiana Law Journal, and a member of the Protective Order Project and the Outreach for Legal Literacy.
Mirande graduated from the Honors College at Ball State University, magna cum laude, with a major in Psychological Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Criminology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Religious Studies, and Interpersonal Relations.
