The Westfield Young Professionals Council (WYP) has created a one-of-a-kind leadership summit for young professionals across Hamilton County.
The summit starts at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 11 at the IMMI Conference Center, 18881 IMMI Way, Westfield. That’s off East Street just south of 191st Street.
The conference is open to anyone who lives or works in Hamilton County who is looking to sharpen their skills, network, and grow personally and professionally. The $60 all-inclusive cost per person includes leadership training and materials, lunch, snacks, and a ticket to the post-conference networking happy hour.
The keynote speaker, Adam Grubb, will talk about How to Build Your Personal Brand. Breakout sessions include How to Be a Good Manager, Negotiating Your Benefits, Goat Setting, and Working Genius – How to Understand Your Gifts, Frustrations, and Teammates, featuring Jeff Meaux, Michelle Merritt, Rhonda Kuchik, and Mark Malin.
Attention business owners/supervisors: WYP recognizes the impact of asking to take key staff members from the office for a day. That’s why speakers and presenters have been carefully selected which WYP believes will help them grow, sharpen their skills, and bring back to your company a re-energized team member ready to meet the moment.
