The Grand Junction Plaza project is about to get underway in downtown Westfield.
Westfield Mayor Andy Cook, Westfield city leaders, the Grand Junction Task Group and community members will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 – rain or shine, wind or cold – at the future location of the plaza, 222 Mill St.
The $35 million project, designed by architect David Rubin, is expected to be complete by the summer of 2021.
