Back by popular demand, three Chambers in the Indianapolis region – Tipton County, Westfield, and Zionsville – are coming together for the second annual Hoosier Chocolate Fest.
The Hoosier Chocolate Fest is a ticketed event open to the public on Friday, Jan. 27 and Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, and will be held at the premier event and wedding space of Greater Indianapolis: The Sixpence, 4400 N County Road 1000 East, Whitestown.
Become a vendor
Calling all Indiana companies that have chocolate products … Event organizers look forward to welcoming a variety of vendors, bakers, and distilleries that offer chocolate products to participate in the 2023 event. There are a limited number of vendor spots available, so please apply soon.
To participate, review the vendor information below. Then complete the vendor application agreement and return it to info@hooiserchocolatefest.com by Dec. 1.
All vendors will be notified by the HCF Organizing Committee on whether their application agreement has been accepted. Once accepted, a representative will be in touch to review your application and discuss the specifics of your participation.
Sponsor & make a big impression
This event is quickly becoming an Indy tradition. With more than 1,500 people in attendance in 2021 and repeat appearances on local television stations, plus the social media coverage across three counties, your ability to support a great event and market your company is huge.
All companies big and small are welcome to consider sponsoring the 2023 Hoosier Chocolate Fest. There is an option for every budget. There are also corporate ticket options.

How to attend
The opportunity to purchase individual tickets will be available on Monday, Nov. 14. Companies that wish to purchase bulk tickets can do so using the HCF Sponsorship Agreement form above. Tickets will only be available on the Hoosier Chocolate Fest website when they are released to the public.
