Westfield picked up a home victory over Hamilton Heights 86-37 Friday at CSI Gymnasium.
The Class 4A No. 4 Shamrocks were in control from the start, leading 27-10 after the first quarter. Nic Book dominated that opening period with 10 points, while Durante Morton scored six. Westfield led 49-27 at halftime, then outscored the Huskies 17-4 in the third quarter, with Book adding another seven points.
Book finished with 23 points to lead all scorers. Charles Farrell had 12 points, including five in the second quarter. Will Harvey made three 3-pointers for nine points.
Sam Dawson scored 11 points to lead Heights. Landen Scheiber had four assists.
Westfield is 16-2 and hosts University on Tuesday. The Huskies are 9-11 and travel to Twin Lakes next Friday for the third-place game of the Hoosier Conference tournament.
