Westfield won a close game at Pike on Tuesday, 45-44.
The Shamrocks led 11-9 after the first quarter and 25-24 at halftime. The Red Devils took a 37-35 after three periods, but Westfield’s defense held Pike to seven points in the fourth quarter, and that helped get the ‘Rocks the win.
Ellie Kelleher had an outstanding game with 23 points, including three 3-pointers. Aubrey Crockett and Reagan Lorenzen both collected five rebounds, with Crockett also handing out four assists.
Westfield is 4-2 and hosts Mount Vernon next Wednesday, Nov. 30.
