Mayor Andy Cook will deliver the 2018 State of the City Address at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18, at The Bridgewater Club, 3535 E. 161st St., Westfield. The event will focus on Westfield’s 10-year anniversary being a city. The mayor will also highlight upcoming projects and developments. Westfield Chamber of Commerce President Jack Russell will speak as well.
