Westfield Lions ready to welcome you to their brand-new clubhouse

The Westfield Chamber of Commerce invites the public to a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 27 for the new Westfield Lions Club Clubhouse, 1101 E. 169th St., west of U.S. 31.

The Westfield Lions are ready to rent their new clubhouse for business meetings, parties, and more.

Following the ribbon-cutting, the Lions will hold an open house from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for the public to tour the clubhouse. Meet a few Lions as well as some of the local businesses that helped in the development of the site. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and mini-desserts prepared by the Westfield High School Foodies culinary students and mocktails or coffee from Brandy Dravet of Model Bartenders. Most of all, you’ll learn who the Lions are and how “We Serve.”

Through their fundraising efforts, the Westfield Lions been able to donate approximately $50,000 each year to a variety of causes, including Open Doors, Heart & Soul Free Clinic, and the Westfield Education Foundation, among many others. Westfield Lions give over $16,000 in high school scholarships each year, including two vocational and trade scholarships. At the club’s poker tournaments, donations have been made to a variety of Veterans programs, such as Hoosier Veterans and Families Foundation (HVAF), Indy Honor Flights, and Pets for Vets.

Visit westfieldlions.org for more information about who they are and who they serve.

This event is open to all the Chamber’s Partners and Members. Advanced registration is not required.
