Westfield cuts ribbon on East Street extension

On Oct. 1, Westfield Mayor Andy Cook was joined by past and present City Council members and business leaders to officially open the north East Street extension. The new roadway will improve connectivity and accessibility between 196th Street and State Road 38 and help enhance the safety of the State Road 38 corridor. The Indiana Department of Transportation and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) supported the project.
