Thomas J. (TJ) Hankins is wanted for a theft and fraud case which occurred in Carmel on 4/23/2017. Hankins (32 years old) is 6’1’’ tall and weighs approximately 190-200 lbs., with brown eyes and black/brown hair. Hankins may reside in Greenwood and/or the south side of Indianapolis. Hankins has an active warrant for his arrest on the above case.
