Get ready for a day of excitement, friendly competition, and community spirit at Ivy Tech Hamilton County’s inaugural Pickleball Palooza.
Taking place at Grand Park in Westfield on Sunday, Dec. 15, this event kicks off at 11 a.m. and invites all ages and skill levels to join in, rally together, and support Ivy Tech’s mission to empower students and strengthen the Hamilton County community. Click here to register by Dec. 10.
Pickleball Palooza will feature a non-sanctioned, mixed singles scramble with players competing in skill-based pools. Whether you’re a seasoned pickleball enthusiast or trying the sport for the first time, this event offers a welcoming environment, fun prizes, and opportunities to play with friends, family, or colleagues.
“I have never played pickleball myself, but I am looking forward to stretching myself and learning at the beginner’s clinic!” Ivy Tech Hamilton County Chancellor Dr. Rachel Kartz said. “We are so grateful to Grand Park for this unique opportunity to have fun while raising funds that support post-secondary education and training.”
Funds raised through Pickleball Palooza will support Ivy Tech Hamilton County’s campus programs, cutting-edge equipment, and critical student services, helping students stay on track and complete their studies.
