Want to be a superintendent? You need to learn from the best

The Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents recently held its first Indiana Aspiring Superintendent Academy session, welcoming 18 new participants and their 18 mentors led by six facilitators. Westfield Washington Schools Superintendent Dr. Paul Kaiser is a mentor in the program and Assistant Superintendent for Business and Operations Brian Tomamichel is in the program as a mentee. (See if you can spot them!) The theme of this session was “It’s all about people,” and the energy and dedication of this remarkable group of leaders was truly inspiring.
