Dear Editor:
I am having a hard time writing what I want to about the passing of a legend. I never met Mr. Jellison, but through Jeff, his son, I feel as though I did know him. I feel the pain of so many people that he touched their lives and the many years of doing what he loved will be greatly missed.
Unfortunately it takes something like losing an icon to realize what we truly took for granted. Perhaps not with this gentleman. I have a feeling many people truly loved reading about the teams, sports, players, etc. and they already knew what Mr. Jellison’s passion was. That takes a special person to devote his life to loving what he did as well as he did. Thoughts and Prayers to the family and the many, many people who knew him.
