Walfred “Wally” Larson, 83, Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at his home. He was born on September 11, 1935 to the late Walfred and Alberta (Royal) Larson in Charleston, W.V.
Wally was a 42-year member of Heat and Frost Insulators Local 25 of Detroit. He was an avid fisherman. In his earlier years, Wally was honored to be signed for a tryout with the Detroit Tigers. He always was supportive of his grandkids’ soccer games and other sports activities.
Wally is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Jean Larson; daughters, Dawn Larson, Terri (Wally) Blewitt and Tammy (John) Thorpe; brother, Danny (Arlene) Larson; sisters, Sharron (Jim) Johnston and Anita (Gary) Acree; and four grandchildren, Ainslie and Caitlin Larson, Troy Blewitt and Erin (Luke) Witkowski.
No services are scheduled. Wally’s care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes of Noblesville.
