Fishers had a perfect day at the Providence Invitational on Saturday, going 4-0 for the tournament.
The Tigers beat Brownstown Central 25-12, 25-14; Cathedral 25-19, 25-9; Providence 25-22, 21-25, 15-13 and Columbus East 25-23, 21-25, 15-7.
Fishers is 9-1 and hosts Lawrence North on Tuesday.
Hamilton Southeastern swept Sacred Heart Academy 25-18, 25-19, 26-24 in a Saturday home match.
Lauren Harden hit 11 kills for the Royals. Emi Robinson served two aces. Lovie Wallace made 3.5 blocks (two solo, three assists), while Avery Hobson had 2.5 blocks (two solo, one assist).
Jada Berg and Meghan Slaninka both collected 12 digs and Macy Hinshaw had 11 digs. Hinshaw also dished out 18 assists and Emily Weber handed out 13 assists.
Southeastern is 7-2 and hosts Yorktown on Tuesday.
University beat Anderson Prep in straight sets Saturday, 25-8, 25-10, 25-15.
The Trailblazers host Faith Christian on Tuesday.
Carmel went 1-3 at the Avon Invitational on Saturday.
The Greyhounds won their first match 25-18, 25-15 over Floyd Central, then fell to Martinsville in three sets, 28-26, 12-25, 15-11. Carmel then dropped matches to Assumption (Ky.) 25-19, 25-23 and to Seymour 25-16, 16-25, 15-11.
The ‘Hounds are 8-4 and host Ben Davis on Tuesday.
Sheridan played at the Clinton Prairie Invitational on Saturday.
The Blackhawks fell to the host Gophers 25-9, 25-10 in their first match. Nova Cross had two kills, two assists and two digs. Kenzie Garner hit two kills and Jacquellynne Bates collected three digs. Taylor Bates had three assists and two digs, and Emma Settles also made two digs.
Sheridan dropped its second match to Lafayette Jefferson in three sets (set scores were unavailable). Payton Warren collected 11 digs and served five aces, with Jacquellynne Bates making 10 digs. Garner hit three kills and three aces, Taylor Bates added 12 digs, four kills and four assists, Cross had eight digs, two assists and two aces and Lexi Lewin made one solo block.
In their third match, the Blackhawks lost to Seeger 25-9, 25-15. Cross and Taylor Bates both served one ace, with Cross also handing out three assists. Garner and Warren both hit two kills, with Warren also collecting five digs. Jacquellynne Bates had nine digs and one ace.
Sheridan plays a Hoosier Heartland Conference match Tuesday at Taylor.
