Pass users collect points to redeem branded items while experiencing holiday attractions

Visit Indy and Visit Hamilton County have announced the launch of the Holiday Adventure Pass, designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore holiday attractions throughout Marion and Hamilton counties.

The free pass is available now through Christmas Eve.

“The Holiday Adventure Pass provides visitors with an engaging way to explore a wide range of holiday attractions in both counties while earning prizes to commemorate their visit,” said Chris Gahl, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Visit Indy. “This initiative is timely and will help drive additional visitors into central Indiana, ultimately driving additional spending to support the hospitality industry.”

To earn points, users must enable location services to check in via GPS or PIN at participating locations, including:

  • Athenaeum Christkindlmarkt
  • Carmel Christkindlmarkt
  • Children’s Museum: WinterFaire
  • Civic Theatre
  • Conner Prairie: A Merry Prairie Holiday
  • Eiteljorg Museum: Jingle Rails
  • Indiana Historical Society: Festival of Trees
  • Indiana Repertory Theatre
  • Indiana State Museum: Celebration Crossing
  • Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra
  • Indianapolis Zoo: Christmas at the Zoo
  • Monument Circle: Circle of Lights
  • Nickel Plate Express: Holiday Train
  • Newfields: Winterlights
  • The Palladium

“This partnership allows both destinations to create an enriching holiday experience for residents and visitors,” said Ashley Ledford, marketing and promotions director of Hamilton County Tourism. “From beloved annual traditions to fresh new highlights, each stop celebrates our communities’ unique charm and spirit, creating memories that will last well after the holiday season.”

Simply visiting a participating venue allows users to accumulate points, which can be redeemed for exclusive holiday-themed prizes such as commemorative stickers, ornaments, and holiday beanies. Some of the participating venues are ticketed attractions; the Holiday Adventure Pass does not cover entry fees, so guests must purchase tickets directly for admission.

Once users accumulate enough points to claim a prize, they can visit The INDEX at Pan Am Tower in downtown Indy or the Carmel Christkindlmarkt, each with specific operating hours for prize collection.
