The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect. The person pictured above is the suspect in a theft that took place at 12:41 a.m. on May 27 from the CVS Pharmacy at 1421 S. Rangeline Road. Also pictured is a vehicle that is believed to be involved in the theft.
