Congratulations to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Correction Officers Lt. Justin Rennaker (front left) and Lt. Chris Land (front right) on graduating from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Leadership Academy. The course is one whole week a month for four months, for a total of four weeks. They were tasked with researching and writing papers, case studies and presentations and received instruction in leadership principles. They can take the knowledge learned and apply it at work. Great job!
