Billman
Billman has been at Hamilton County Tourism (HCT) since 2012. She started as a temporary, part-time Sports Assistant, which turned into full-time, and later expanded to supporting Group Sales’ efforts as well. After a few years, HCT created a new department, Visitor Experience, and she has led that ever since.
Visitor Experience focuses on welcome, hospitality and fulfilling contracts for all sporting events, conferences and meetings that come through HCT’s Sports and Group Sales departments. Visitor Experience also oversees brochure distribution and coordinate HCT’s hosted events.
Billman is a native of Indianapolis and went to school for sports management. She never knew the tourism side until starting at HCT.
