Clevenger, who has six years of experience with the Auditor’s Office, says he will focus on the intricacies of the office, with a commitment to accountability, transparency, and professional expertise.
“The position of County Auditor is complex, so it is crucial for the County Auditor to possess not only the necessary technical skills, but also a steadfast commitment to accountability and transparency,” Clevenger said. “I am dedicated to upholding these principles to the highest standard, ensuring that the residents of Hamilton County have full confidence in the integrity of our financial operations.”
Clevenger emphasizes that he has experience in the duties of the office, which include managing revenue, budget compliance, performing accounting transactions, maintaining accurate records, tabulating property values, grant funding, and working with the public and other officials.
“As your next Auditor, I will ensure that your tax dollars are used efficiently and managed with conservative fiscal policies,” he said.
