The Fishers softball team beat Pendleton Heights 5-3 in a Friday away game.
The Arabians scored a run in the third inning. The Tigers came back with three in the top of the sixth. Kate Murray doubled Taylor Duplessis and Kendall Jordan home, then Frankie Jackson’s single brought in Brooke Clayton.
Pendleton tied the game at 3-3 in the sixth inning, but Jordan struck again with a center field double to score Duplessis for the go-ahead run. Murray then hit her second double to score Jordan, who finished the game with three hits.
Murray had two hits and got the pitching win, going the distance and striking out five.
Fishers finished the regular season 12-11 and plays at Sectional 8 host Carmel Monday in the first round of the tournament.

Westfield won an 8-6 eight-inning game Friday at McCutcheon.
The Mavericks got on the board first with a run in the first inning. The Shamrocks put up four in the top of the third: Grace Feltz led off with a double, then Sofia Easterhaus was hit by a pitch. Makayla Watson smacked a double to score both runners, then went home on Ava Kainrath’s left field hit. Later, Cara Snedeker hit a solo home run to make the score 4-1.
McCutcheon tied the game in the third inning, then took a 6-4 lead after five innings. Grace Fanelli led off the sixth with a homer, then tied the game in the seventh inning with a single to score Watson. In the eighth inning, Watson hit a sacrifice fly to bring Lilly Amburgey home, then Feltz scored on a passed ball.
Fanelli and Feltz each had two hits. Shea Vohs pitched a complete game, striking out four.
The Rocks completed the regular season 12-12 and play Hamilton Southeastern Monday in a Sectional 8 first-round game at Carmel.
