Fishers got a test from Zionsville Friday in its Hoosier Crossroads Conference finale before pulling away in the fourth quarter.
The Class 4A No. 1 Tigers beat the Eagles 56-50 to clinch an unbeaten conference campaign. Fishers led 15-12 after the first quarter, with Justin Kirby scoring six points.
Zionsville came back to tie the game at 21-21 at halftime. The Tigers inched ahead 33-32 after three quarters, with JonAnthony Hall scoring seven points. Fishers poured in 23 points in the fourth period to get the win. Cooper Zachary scored nine points in the fourth; including a 7-of-7 effort from the free-throw line. Hall poured in eight points.
Zachary and Hall both totaled 17 points for the game, with Kirby scoring 14.
The Tigers are 23-0 and play at North Central Tuesday to finish the regular season.
