Three local students graduate from Indiana Connections Academy

More than 150 students recently graduated from Indiana Connections Academy, a tuition-free full-time public virtual school, as part of the Class of 2024 – including Mia Van Zee from Carmel and Alivia Stewart and Katelynn Amos from Noblesville.

For more than a decade, Indiana Connections Academy has served thousands of students with a range of needs. Students complete rigorous school work in the comfort of their homes with virtual instruction and support from state-certified teachers. Students develop a strong degree of intrinsic motivation and critical thinking while enrolled at Indiana Connections Academy.

Indiana Connections Academy offers many activities throughout the course of the year to help build community and relationships including numerous field trips, student government, National Honor Society, prom and an in-person graduation ceremony. Indiana Connections Academy also offers many course options for students, including core classes in math, science, language arts and social studies; extensive electives including foreign languages, digital technology and career technical courses, as well as honors and Dual Credit courses. The school also offers a broad assortment of online clubs, ranging from robotics and gaming to poetry and art.
