Three Hamilton County girls wrestlers will travel to Kokomo’s Memorial Gym on Friday for the Indiana High School Girls Wrestling state finals.
The event begins at 11 a.m. and features 14 weight classes with 16 wrestlers from across the state. Hamilton Heights’ Kendall Moe will be one of the first ones on the mat, as she wrestles in the 100-pound weight class. Moe will take on Sydney Stoller of Tri-County in the first round.
Noblesville’s Kyra Tomlinson will wrestle at 130 pounds. She will face off against East Noble’s Hadleigh Eling in a first-round match. At 190 pounds, Sheridan’s Claudia Headlee wrestles against Columbia City’s Michela Clifford in the first round.
