Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) has announced that three attorneys have been named partner: Rachel Woloshin, Leslie Gieger, and Jessica Billingsley.
Rachel Woloshin is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice section. She concentrates her practice in advising and navigating plaintiff clients through worker’s compensation and personal injury claims, including car and truck accidents and wrongful death claims. She handles cases before the Indiana state and federal courts and the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board.
Jessica Billingsley is a partner in the education law practice group. She helps schools around the state with the ever-evolving legal landscapes of law, policy, and practical matters. She also enjoys the often-complex problems presented in employment law, and provides guidance to both employers and employees.
Leslie Gieger is a partner in the firm’s business practice section. She joined CCHA in August 2014 and advises individuals and businesses ranging from closely-held companies to multi-million-dollar enterprises. She focuses her practice on her clients’ wide array of business needs, including business formation, asset and equity purchase and sale agreements, real estate, succession planning, owner disputes, and ongoing business maintenance.
These additions strengthen CCHA’s presence as one of oldest and most established law firms in Indiana. Church Church Hittle + Antrim also boasts an equal number of male and female attorneys serving clients throughout the state with offices in Fishers, Fort Wayne, Merrillville, Noblesville, Tipton, and Westfield.
