Kendall
Thomas Kendall, a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department Chaplain, Carmel Police Commissioner and former Carmel City Council member, passed away on Nov. 26.
Kendall’s funeral, held on Tuesday, included a procession around Carmel’s Civic Square Fountain.
Kendall will be honored posthumously at noon on Saturday, Dec. 7 on the Christkindlmarkt stage. Kendall’s family will be in attendance to receive the award from Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard.
