On Oct. 17, the suspect shown in the photo above was seen taking a backpack leaf blower from the bed of a pickup truck parked along Brigade Circle in Carmel. The suspect was driving an early 2000s Dodge Durango with a white rectangular decal on the back windshield. The suspect appeared to be wearing a red hoodie with a white logo on the back, and blue jeans.
