This Saturday, Jan. 20, Westfield High School will play host to the FIRST Lego League Challenge State Championship. Come cheer on the Westfield Washington Public Library FLL Challenge Team when they compete to earn the state championship title. This year’s theme is Masterpiece where teams will build Lego robots and conduct research projects to solve scientific and real-world communication and art challenges. Westfield’s elementary school FIRST Lego League Explore teams, mentored by students on SHAM-ROCK-BOTICS, will display their creations at the Explore Festival during the event, which begins at 8:30 a.m. Click here for more information.
