The Veridus Group adds five new hires

The Veridus Group, an Indianapolis-based firm that specializes in owner’s technical representation, civil engineering, building forensics, community and economic development, and facilities management services has announced several new hires.

Jennifer M. Lasch joins Veridus Group as the Director of Civil Engineering. With over 26 years of experience, Lasch has led a wide variety of projects ranging from the civil design of park and recreational facilities to the civil design and planning of K-12 schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, higher education, and corporate campuses. She lives in Fishers.

Alaina Shonkwiler is a Project Executive on the Community and Economic Development team. She previously served as District Director and Director of Outreach for Congresswoman Victoria Spartz. Shonkwiler’s experience includes Workforce Development Coordinator for the Noblesville School District and working in local government as the City of Noblesville’s Assistant Director of Economic Development. She lives in Noblesville.

Jack Woods is a Project Analyst on the Community and Economic Development team. Woods spent five years in economic development consulting helping clients quantify trends and create plans to achieve development-oriented goals. His areas of focus include opportunity zones, economic development strategic planning, recovery and resiliency planning, quantitative analysis, target industry studies, and sector specific market analyses.

Michael McCorkle joins Veridus Group as a CAD Technician. McCorkle is a Ball State Graduate with a well-rounded experience in various design fields. He says he values the importance of accuracy, commitment and communication after being involved in various aspects of the design process.

Katerina Myers is an Office Administrator for the Veridus Group. She has a variety of experiences and skills in operational tasks that will help as a member of the Veridus Group’s Administrative team. Her desire to learn and grow while challenging herself is evident through her work. She has the eagerness to contribute to and continue the Veridus Group’s reputation for building and growing genuine relationships.
