Very Important Peony People were pleased as punch at the particular lack of precipitation for a fair-skied Friday festival. Flower fans flocked to Noblesville for the pinkening of Seminary Park. Booths were backed up with persistent patrons noshing on new-found food favorites from far and wide. There was floral fanfare and ample applause when the new HQ was announced.
