On Monday, The Omnibus Show welcomed Hollywood acting couple Linda Purl and Patrick Duffy speaking about Purl’s upcoming cabaret performance at Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael, as well as their new joint endeavor, Duffy’s Dough.
The Omnibus Show is Carmel’s No. 1 podcast, hosted by Dave Gibbs and produced for people who love interviews of interesting and accomplished people and who are life learners themselves.
Purl has been on shows from Happy Days, Matlock, Homeland, The Office, and many others. Duffy starred on Dallas, NCIS, The Bold and the Beautiful, and more. Purl, who has been performing and recording jazz for the past several years, will perform on Thursday, March 7 at Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael.
Tickets are available for her show at this link.
Purl and Duffy are now a couple offscreen and have entered into a new endeavor. Tune in to the podcast to learn how Purl helped Duffy to take the Duffy family sourdough bread starter and turn it into a business. This rather funny story has had surprising success, with all the profits going to food-related charities. To learn more about Duffy’s Dough, visit duffysdough.com.
Next week’s guest on The Omnibus Show will be Andris Berzins. Berzins is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Latvia to the State of Indiana, the President of the Carmel and Jelgava Sister Cities Committee, and the City of Carmel, Sister Cities, and Community Outreach Consultant.
