Every year County Line poses a brief quiz to see how well-informed readers may be on basic facts about Hamilton County historical figures, geography and government. Here are this year’s questions:

Answers to County Line quiz
- That’s an easy one. William Conner, who arrived in 1802.
- Nine. They are: Adams, Jackson, White River, Washington, Noblesville, Wayne, Clay, Delaware and Fall Creek.
- Victoria Spartz, a Noblesville resident.
- 332,000 according to the 2020 census, but somewhat more by now.
- Cities are: Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield. Towns are: Atlanta, Arcadia, Cicero and Sheridan.
- Morse at Noblesville, and Geist near Fishers
- Dennis Quakenbush, who was elected in 2018.
- Koteewi County Park, which is 800 acres. It is located along White River at Strawtown.
- Mike Pence lives in Carmel.
- Conor Daly considers Noblesville his hometown.
