Inspired by the Olympic Games, Monon Trail Elementary School in Westfield recently held a team-building competition to motivate staff members to get to know their new teams. Events included eating lunch together, creating shared commitments for taking care of one another throughout the year, doing random acts of kindness for other staff members, and more.
