The Hamilton Heights swimming team swept a dual meet at Lewis Cass on Thursday.
The Huskies girls beat the Kings 110-70, taking eight of the 12 events. Rachel Sanqunetti won the 200 freestyle and also swam on the winning medley, 200 free and 400 free relays with Emily Lester, Ryleigh Poe and Tara Holder. With the wins, Sanqunetti now has 151 first-place finishes in her career.
Lester was first in the individual medley, Holder paced the 500 free and Bailey Haworth won diving.
Heights’ boys team was victorious 105-73, winning 10 events. Jared Holder won the 50 and 100 freestyles, while Eli VanHaaren took the butterfly and backstroke. Josh Glover paced the IM, Grant Forrer won the 500 free and Luke Stohler placed first in the breaststroke.
In the relays, Holder, Stohler, VanHaaren and Forrer won the medley; Glover, Josh Snay, Joe Ringer and Forrer won the 200 free and Holder, Stohler, Glover and VanHaaren won the 400 free.
