Strong first half leads ‘Hawks to victory

Sheridan played a strong first half at Taylor on Friday, and that led the Blackhawks to a 70-51 Hoosier Heartland Conference victory.
Sheridan ran off to a 24-7 lead after the first quarter, then continued to pour it on, leading 46-19 at halftime. The Titans outscored the ‘Hawks in the next two periods, but Sheridan had too big of a lead for Taylor to overcome.
