Gary LeVox: The One on One Tour

Longtime Rascal Flatts front man Gary LeVox is embarking on a solo chapter that combines two of his biggest passions – music and faith. His debut solo EP, One on One, includes collaborations with Grammy-winning gospel artist Jonathan McReynolds, country-rap firebrand Breland and contemporary Christian band MercyMe. Alongside new songs, fans can expect hits from Rascal Flatts, a band that scored 17 No. 1 singles and earned over 40 awards-show trophies.

Hoosier Village Songbook Series

The Ambassador of the Great American Songbook is joined by the acclaimed inspirational vocalist for an evening of timeless music. Michael Feinstein, a five-time Grammy Award nominee, is Founder of the Great American Songbook Foundation and Artistic Director for the Center for the Performing Arts. Sandi Patty, nicknamed “The Voice” for her wide range and expressiveness, has claimed 40 Dove Awards and in 2007 was awarded the Indiana Historical Society’s Living Legend designation.

Beginner Ukulele Classes

Wednesdays, May 4 to June 1 at 8 p.m.

Cost: $63 for five sessions

This five-week class is a great way to learn a musical instrument. Students learn basic strums and chords by focusing on a new song each week. Recommended for ages 14 and up.

Faegre Drinker Peanut Butter & Jam: “Defying Gravity” with Juggler Jack Denger

Carmel native Jack Denger began juggling at age 7 and has been hooked ever since, winning international awards and competitions with skill matched by few. Recommended for ages 1 to 7.

Luminaries: The Eclectic World of the Harp

Harpist Melissa Gallant will discuss and demonstrate the many sound possibilities of the instrument, with examples including beautiful Celtic melodies and French Romantic solos. She will share stories behind the pieces and describe the life of a professional harpist, today and in the past.

Live at the Center: Sophie Faught Quartet

Friday, May 27 at 8 p.m.

Tenor saxophonist Sophie Faught has performed in venues across the country and world, including Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City and the North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands. She has headlined the Portland Jazz Festival and toured as a member of the Nicholas Payton Jazz Quintet. She currently leads her own jazz quartet and performs often in Bloomington and Indianapolis.
